Controller Brandon D Woolf started Transparent Idaho in 2012 to increase transparency efforts statewide. Brandon's vision for the future is to provide financial, performance, and geospatial data for all state and local governments on Transparent Idaho. "I hope to make Transparent Idaho a single source of truth for our financial data. Every dollar spent by any state entity is the citizen's money - we must never forget that. This effort is critical to our efforts to provide a clear vision of state spending for all Idahoans while providing the most value out of every taxpayer dollar" -Controller Brandon D Woolf.

 The Office of the State Controller is proud to partner with any public sector entity within the state of Idaho to provide greater clarity and transparency into state data. Our goal is to create a clearing house for data from the state, school districts, taxing districts, cities and counties.
